DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment.

Spunky Bubs understand that it’s frustrating to wait for your goods once they are purchased and therefore as a standard all goods will be sent Express Post with Australia Post and you will be notified via email of your goods despatch date. If there is no hurry for your delivery simply select the Snail delivery fee but you will have to wait up to 10 days for your goods.

FREE shipping is only offered to customers in Australia who purchase $200 or more in any one purchase.

Your personal details will be kept safe and confidential in line with Australian Privacy Laws and will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any third parties for their marketing purposes. Any information you supply allows us to provide you with a safe and quality service.

EXCHANGE

Spunky Bubs stand by our products as we endeavour to provide you items that are of the highest quality, however if for some reason you are not satisfied with what you have received due to the size, colour or its not what you expected then please contact us immediately (within 7 days) and we will arrange for the item to be replaced or refunded. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date and the postage will be at the customer’s expense. All goods must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging with tags. Please note that goods received without tags will not be eligible for refund.

Should you receive an item that is damaged (occasionally things can go wrong) please contact us immediately (within 7 days) to arrange a replacement. Again we request that the goods be returned in the condition you received with tags intact. Should that item no longer be in stock we will offer you a refund.
