Isolation sucks - it's as simple as that.
Even worse - this is the 'busy tend' of the year for my family not only with Easter and Mothers Day but so many of my nieces and nephews celebrate their birthdays as well.
"No worries" I thought to myself "I'll just post them something special" ...and then it happened.... I found out that even if I wanted to do all my gift purchasing from the one store I either had to:
1 - Have everything posted to me then wrap and post each one separately (trust me, with 26 nieces and nephews that's going to blow my birthday budget right out of the water!!) or
2- Log back in and create a new order and pay the full postage amount for each and every different address. Seriously??
That's when I knew I had to fix this (with my store anyway).... So here it is, if you need to send gifts to more than one recipient we can do it for you and each additional postage will be half price!!
Just fill out the required fields and 'add to cart' and we will take care of the rest!
What you need to know:
- $5 deal is available for standard postage through Australia Post only
- this deal is not available as a primary postage discount. ie you cannot select local pick up then have items posted at the $5 rate. If you would like to pick up part of your order in person (non contact of course) you must select the flat rate postage at checkout for the first postage address and then the remainder can be collected at no cost by adding a note at checkout.
- you can use this deal as many times as required after the initial postage has been selected. if you need to send to 4 addresses, fill in details for three gifts and add to your cart, then select the flat rate postage at checkout for the fourth.
- if you would like a picture of your parcels wrapped and heading out, like us on facebook and send us your order number through messenger.
Returns Policy
While we are certain that you will just love your purchase we do understand the sometimes an item may be the wrong size or just not quite be what you expected. If this is the case, please let us know.
Spunky Bubs are happy to accept items if returned in original unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. We will either exchange the item for something else of the same value or offer a credit for the amount paid for the item returned. Unfortunately postage is not a refundable item and cannot be included as an items value.
Postage for the return of an item is at the customers expense.
Returns must be within 14 days of your order being placed.
Shipping
We appreciate that you work hard for your money, so if your order is over $99 then it’s on us! Not quite there? Orders under $99 will be shipped at our very competitive flat rate of $9.90.
We utilise Australia Post standard shipping to send all packages. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery (although it is generally much quicker). If you require your parcel more urgently (including orders over $99) please select the 'express postage' option at checkout (additional $3.95) We are generally happy to accommodate alternate preferred delivery options if you contact us before placing your order and written confirmation is arranged.
Now that you have ordered your goodies we know how quickly you want them! Generally orders placed and payment completed by 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 1pm and on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
